In Belgium, one student in three has to repeat a course in secondary school.

Six out of ten are found to have fallen behind the academic syllabus

Recruitment

Our instructional coaches are recruited in various ways:

• Via contact with the universities.
• Via this site. They just have to fill in the form.
• Via word of mouth: because their friends and acquaintances on campus have spoken to them about us.

Once they have sent their CV and put forward their candidacy, they all should pass through the selection process at one of our offices.
